Detail Connect is a mobile app that connects car owners with local mobile auto detailers, making it easy to book detailing services from trusted professionals in the area.

Q.2 Is Detail Connect available nationwide?

Yes! We connect users with mobile detailers in their area, you can download the app from anywhere in the United States.

Q.3 How can I get on the app as a mobile detailer?

To join, simply download the app, sign up as a detailer, complete the onboarding process and instantly begin setting up your custom services, your pricing, and your availability. There are no fees to join the app and make a profile.

Q.4 How will I receive bookings?

Booking requests will be sent to you through the app. Clients can chose from a list of your services you offer and book a time and date depending on your availability. You'll get a notification with the details, accepting or declining the booking.

Q.5 How will I receive Payments?

Payments are processed directly through the app and will be transferred to your account directly after the service is complete. You can then transfer your earnings directly from the app to your bank account.

Q.6 Is Detail Connect free to use?

Yes, the app is free to use. Detail Connect takes a 16% platform fee, deducted automatically from the detailer’s service price on each completed booking after the client pays.

This fee helps covers essential services like platform maintenance, marketing to bring you new clients, payment processing, and customer support. By using Detail Connect, you're also gaining access to a streamlined system that saves you time on administrative tasks, helps you grow your customer base, and provides secure payment processing.

Q.7 Why should I move my existing clients to Detail Connect?

Converting your clients to the app ensures quick reviews, helping establish your profile faster, making it more attractive to new users looking for details. A well-reviewed, photo-abundant profile will be ranked higher, increasing visibility and the chances of attracting more clients.

Yes, you can set your own pricing for the services you offer.

Q.9 Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Yes, you can suggest a reschedule or cancel a booking. Frequent cancellations may affect your profile ranking and customer trust.

Q.10 What happens if a client cancels a booking?

If a client cancels within the allowed time frame, you will not receive any payment. However, if they cancel within 48 hours of the selected time and date, you may receive a partial payment.

Q.11 How do I increase my visibility and attract more clients?

Visibility can be increased with high/more ratings, offering promotions, and delivering excellent service. Detail Connect also provides marketing opportunities to improve visibility.
